There seem to be many people out there that think that Donald Trumps £1bn golf resort should not be built, there are reasons for and against this.
Negatives
Homes
A lot of people actually have homes in the area that Trump wishes to build upon and although he has offered them support in leaving their homes there are many people that are very happy on where they are currently living which is fair enough. There is no way people should have to drop anything for a golf resort, it is a very stupid thing indeed?
Eyesore
On the whole golf courses are beautiful areas of land it would seem that an entire resort is supposed to be being built here which would mean an eyesore on the very beautiful landscape north of Aberdeen.
Positives
Money
The resort would of course have its benefits and it is likely to bring in a lot of jobs for people in the surrounding areas which is really good news indeed. It is also good because it can attract tourists to the area and this is great because it would be a brand new form of revenue for the place.
Best Golf Course
If Trump really does keep to his claim by making the best golf course in the entire world then we this is something that not just Aberdeen but Scotland and the entire United Kingdom would be proud to have. People would flock in from all over the world just to sample a hole of the course let alone play the entire thing.
It would encourage people to get those golf trolleys out so that they can have a bit of fun. 12v batteries and marine batteries can also be used to power up all kinds of different golf trolleys.
